We left for the Portland airport in heavy traffic. There was this truck that was taking cut down trees on a ride. It was hogging up the road. At the airport we boarded the plane to San Francisco. We ate dinner at Burger King at the airport. Since we had to wait a few hours for our flight to Hong Kong, we explored the airport and bought mango flavored water.

We boarded our flight to Hong Kong on Cathay Pacific Airlines at 1:00 a.m. My little fish named Skippy was getting tired so I put a sleeping mask on him so he could sleep. We ate peanuts for snacks. I ate chicken and beans with potatoes and corn for supper. I watched the Sponge Bob movie on my personal video screen in front of my seat. I slept and woke up when they served breakfast. You had egg and sausage with fruit and yogurt and orange juice.

We landed in Hong Kong soon after breakfast. We changed into sandals and got out our hats and sunglasses. We waited to board our flight to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. There were TVs on the flight to Kuala Lumpur (KL) but there was nothing good to watch. I had chicken and noodles with fruit and yogurt for lunch. I ate a fruit called the Dragon fruit for the first time. It looked like a white sugar cube with ants in it.
